Since we first opened our doors in 2003, Laurence Management Group has been designed to be a unique property management company. Our founder, Carol Laurence, has seen what works from firsthand experience working more than 30 years in the property management industry. As a company we bring that experience and insight to every building owner, site manager, and tenant we work with within Canada.

Daily we pay closer attention to the details than others. We understand that small questions and concerns can become bigger problems if they are not dealt with immediately, so we make a point to respond to all inquiries and challenges as quickly and efficiently as possible every time. It also means that we pay closer attention to timely and accurate reporting, financial statements, maintenance records, and government guidelines.

Unlike many of the other property management companies LMG does not own any of their own properties so this allows us to devote more time and energy to our clients and their tenants, our entire focus allows us to exclusively concentrate on the needs of our clients.
